How It All Works

You’ll be guided through a conversation with our AI Interview Agent. Think of it as a virtual assistant that asks you targeted questions and stores your responses for analysis.     Sign up to participate. Once you do, you’ll receive a confirmation email with all the next steps.

    2. Receive Zoom Invite
    We’ll send you a calendar invite with a Zoom link for your scheduled session. The AI agent will automatically join you in that meeting.

    3. Join the Interview
    At your chosen time, join the Zoom call. The AI agent—named Sam or Jane—will guide you through a short, focused interview with questions tailored to your area of expertise.

    4. Duration & Interaction
    The session lasts about 20–25 minutes. The AI may ask follow-up questions, and you’re welcome to ask for clarification at any point.

    5. Feedback
    After the session, you’ll receive a brief feedback form. Your input is valuable and helps us improve the experience.
